**Résumé**:
Le généraliste des ressources humaines est responsable d'assurer le soutien lié aux ressources humaines au site de kp à Montréal, au Canada, à un niveau professionnel et travaille en étroite collaboration avec la haute direction des ressources humaines dans les Amériques. Ce poste exerce des responsabilités dans les domaines fonctionnels suivants : administration des avantages sociaux, relations avec les employés, intégration, mise en œuvre des politiques, recrutement/emploi, SIRH.

**Tâches et responsabilités essentielles**: inclure les éléments suivants. D'autres tâches peuvent être assignées.
- Fournit des services aux employés pour répondre aux questions sur les avantages sociaux, résoudre les problèmes liés à l'accès ou au paiement des avantages sociaux, orienter les employés nouvellement éligibles et traiter les formulaires d'inscription, les modifications, les distributions 401k et les demandes de prêt.
- Conserve les données sur les avantages sociaux des employés dans les systèmes automatisés d'information sur les ressources humaines. Veiller à ce que les fichiers d'éligibilité électroniques précis soient envoyés aux fournisseurs en temps opportun.
- Responsable de l'utilisation locale du système d'inscription aux avantages sociaux en ligne. Créer la communication avec le département américain des avantages sociaux.
- Prend en charge la notification aux employés des changements dans les programmes d'avantages sociaux.
- Examine les factures de prestations mensuelles pour en vérifier l'exactitude et prépare les demandes de chèques mensuelles.
- Gère les conseils en matière de relations avec les employés et veille au respect de la politique de l'entreprise.
- Responsable de la coordination et de la conduite des orientations des nouveaux employés.
- Promouvoir le développement de carrière et la formation professionnelle des employés
- Participer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue des RH
- Maintenir la confidentialité et l'exactitude des dossiers RH
- Veiller au respect de la convention collective et participer à la négociation de celle-ci. Entretenir de bonnes relations de travail et participer aux comités de relations de travail.
- Assurer la gestion des formations et maintenir à jour le registre des formations (formation générale, ISO, SQF et SST) pour la conformité.

**Maintenir et analyser**:

- Indicateurs clés de performance
- Instructions de travail ISO
- Rapprochement et conformité des programmes de paie et d'avantages sociaux
- Planifier, coordonner et réaliser des activités de communications (lettres aux employés, réunions, événements corporatifs)
- Coordonner les assurances collectives et le programme REER (adhésion et mise à jour des dossiers) ainsi que les renouvellements annuels

**Qualifications**: expérience, compétences et formation
- Baccalauréat : ou 4 à 7 années d'expérience et/ou de formation connexe ; ou une combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience. PHR ou SPHR préféré.
- Familier avec une variété de concepts, pratiques et procédures du domaine.
- Personne avant-gardiste dotée de normes éthiques élevées et d'une image professionnelle appropriée.
- Une personne bien organisée et autonome.
- Une personne qui a de l'initiative et la capacité d'être autonome, nécessitant des compétences de réflexion et de prise de décision indépendantes.
- Une personne intelligente et articulée, capable d'interagir avec les personnes à tous les niveaux d'une organisation et possédant d'excellentes compétences en communication.
- Capacité à répondre efficacement aux demandes ou plaintes les plus sensibles.
- Bilingue en français et en anglais
