- Bilingualism (English and French) is essential.

Work closely with the operations director to manage a broad spectrum of HR needs, ensuring a family-like atmosphere with excellent leadership and a communal spirit. This in-office role offers a salary between 55,000 and 70,000 $ per year, depending on experience, plus health and dental benefits.

Tackle responsibilities like employee integration and exit processes, maintaining employee relations, updating HR policies and procedures including employment laws, ensuring workplace safety, managing benefits and compensation, alongside HR data and systems, employee engagement, community initiatives, and performance evaluations.
