**À propos du rôle**:
Le/la assistant(e) RH sera responsable de la coordination de diverses activités liées aux ressources humaines telles que la formation, la rémunération, la santé et la sécurité et avantages sociaux chez Laurus.

**Responsabilités**:

- Organiser, compiler, mettre à jour les dossiers et la documentation du personnel de l'entreprise.
- Soutenir la généraliste RH dans la gestion et la mise à jour des politiques et procédures RH.
- Soutenir la généraliste RH tout au long du processus du programme CSJ (soumettre la demande, faire le suivi de la notification des résultats, s'assurer que les employés saisonniers répondent aux conditions du programme, remplir le questionnaire post-camp de l'employeur et le soumettre au gouvernement, etc.)
- Gérer et mettre à jour le système d'assurance collective.
- Faire le suivi de l'évaluation des employés avec les gestionnaires concernés.
- Répondre aux diverses demandes de renseignements relatives aux avantages sociaux provenant des employés et des gestionnaires.
- Toutes autres tâches connexes

**Qualifications**:

- Détenir une attestation d'études collégiales (AEC) en soutien à la gestion des ressources humaines ;
- Avoir une (1) année d'expérience pertinente en service à la clientèle et/ou en administration ;
- Maîtriser Google docs, feuilles, diapositives et formulaires ;
- Être bilingue en français et en anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral.
- Excellent sens de l'organisation.

- **Job Title**: HR Assistant

**About the Role**:
The HR Assistant will be responsible for the coordination of various human resources activities such as training, compensation, health and safety and Insurance at Laurus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize, compile, update company personnel files and documentation.
- Support the HR Generalist in managing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Manage and update the group insurance system.
- Follow up on employee evaluations with the appropriate managers.
- Respond to various benefit inquiries from employees and managers.
- Any other related duties

**Qualifications**:

- Hold an Attestation of Collegial Studies (ACS) in Human Resources Management Support;
- Have one (1) year of relevant experience in customer service and/or administration;
- Master Google docs, sheets, slides and forms;
- Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational skills.
