- **Job Overview**:_

This role is responsible for the provision of head lice removal services, coordination of services and maintaining and training adequate providers for the specific corporate territory assigned. Coordinates the day-to-day operations of brick and mortar clinics. This includes cleaning, laundry, maintaining supplies.

As the Regional Field Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to lead and support a network of lice removal consultants in the field and at corporate clinics. You will play a crucial role in training and developing consultants, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service. Additionally, you will oversee the on boarding and support of all providers within the region and maintain training and quality control.

You will be required to work at the main Toronto clinic, visiting other corporate locations as a field coach to ensure they are staffed adequately and stocked with supplies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordination and perform head lice removal service in the local clinic or on a mobile basis. They will ensure all clients enjoy a timely and excellent customer service experience.
- Monitors the CRM (client reservation management system) for service requests and coordinate service. The incumbent will be accountable for proactively generating service flow through the region clinic, maintenance of clinic protocols, stock, cleanliness and appearance. Customer Service
- Ensure all customers are greeted and welcomed and made to feel comfortable;
- Complete required paperwork and waivers and manage cash/till and payment processing duties;
- Provide ongoing feedback to head office on timing of current service volume;
- Provide and/or coordinate mobile service in homes, schools, or daycares as required;
- Recognize, document and alert management of trends in customer interactions; Demonstrate ability to positively influence others (Propose options/solutions to customers);
**Clinic Operation**
- Ensure the clinic is stocked at all times with required amount of retail products, display products, brochures, station tools, worksheets, paper, colouring books and other requirements
- Ensure the clinic is keep clean and orderly and in accordance with the design scheme;
- Ensure clinic stations and trolley are in accordance with the clinic station set up protocol;
- Cleaning and sanitization of the clinic;
- Facilitate laundry on a weekly basis using the local Laundromat or at home;
- Conduct regular audits of petty cash and inventory;
- Facilitate protocols and best practices to ensure adequate monitoring of clinic operations;
**Consultant Mentoring/Training**:

- Conduct hands-on training sessions for new and existing lice removal consultants, ensuring they are proficient in lice removal techniques, client communication, and operational procedures.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to field consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Monitor consultant performance and provide feedback to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client field coordinators, offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
- Assist in the management of schedules, coordination of service appointments, and ensuring timely delivery of services to clients.
- Ensure field coordinators are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to maintain a high standard of client satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels for lice removal supplies, ensuring all field consultants are properly stocked with the necessary products and equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in team leadership, training, or field coordination (preferably in a service or healthcare-related industry).
- Hair Styling or barber management as asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
