**Position Summary**:
The Manager, Agency Coordination, a pivotal member of the Seneca International Operations team, reports to the Director of International Operations. They lead a team of International Recruitment & Agency Coordinators and work in close collaboration with senior directors to improve agency communications, maintain compliance, manage agency relationships, evaluate commission renumeration, and supervise system upgrades. Their duties include optimizing recruitment strategies, handling sensitive issues, monitoring agency performance, and facilitating international enrollment and diversity objectives through strategic communication and partnerships with Business Development Managers.

**Responsibilities**:
**Agency Communication**
- Stay updated on Canadian immigration and travel policy changes, sharing potential impact on international recruitment and enrollment with agency partners efficiently.
- Work with Regional Directors to convey agency opportunities for meeting enrollment and diversity targets concisely.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline communication plans, keeping agency partners informed about program changes, eligibility requirements, college policies, and system upgrades.
- Provide timely communication to address enrollment risks related to events like war, natural disasters, political unrest, security threats, and pandemics.
- Recommend effective communication tools and enhancements to support agency partners and ensure efficient responses with a single-entry point.

**Recruitment & Agency Coordination**
- Lead Recruitment & Agency Coordination to ensure agency criteria align with enrollment and diversity targets. Reviews Regional Director recommendations for alignment.
- Collaborate with ITS and Finance for onboarding, renewals, and off-boarding controls. Proficient in Anti-Money Laundering controls.
- Maintain detailed new agency onboarding documentation.
- Stay informed about college budget and strategic changes affecting enrollment and diversity targets.
- Critically assess agency roster and new additions for alignment with targets.
- oordinate historical result reporting with the International Recruitment Analytics team to inform agency agreement renewals.

**Certification Process & Compliance**
- Ensure agency compliance with the Code of Conduct and certification.
- Score agency compliance across various criteria.
- Report non-compliance to SI management.
- Collaborate with Regional Director(s) and Director, Global Outreach on non-compliance action plans.
- Address non-compliance as directed by the Regional Director.
- Verify the legitimacy and reasonableness of agency commission payments for international enrollments.
- Collaborate with the International Recruitment Analytics team to calculate expected commissions.
- Evaluate the reasonableness of agency commission claims.
- Compile triannual reports to monitor and assess agency performance for Seneca International management.

**System Improvement**
- Take the lead in identifying system improvement opportunities for Seneca International in partnership with ITS, Customer Support, International Admissions, and the Registrar's Office.
- Show dedication to identifying system improvement opportunities for the agency portal and International Web Application.
- Manage system upgrades and collaborates closely with ITS and Customer Support to oversee testing and user acceptance for the international team, which includes data migration.
- Develop comprehensive agency resources to facilitate system upgrades and support change management.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**
- Minimum of a three (3)-year diploma/degree or equivalent post-secondary education in International Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.

**Experience**
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience working in an international setting.
- Experience with PeopleSoft or other large ERP systems an asset.
- Experience with Salesforces or other large CRM systems an asset.**
**Skills**
- Possess superior intercultural, interpersonal, and customer service skills to interact with diverse multicultural groups.
- Exceptional time management, decision making, presentation and organizational skills and a proven ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Superior oral and written communication skills coupled with good judgment and discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters.
- Strong supervisory and management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, manage, and develop a team of development professionals.
