As a Program Advisor on the Sales Operations Team, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders and sales teams to manage operational and experiential programs, while also managing events. You will conduct needs assessments, develop program strategies, identify metrics of focus, and build execution plans, while managing and measuring the impact of these programs.

In this role you will support the retail events portfolio, which includes managing budgets, executing retail events and, building strategies that offer an experiential and engaging opportunity to reward, recognize and engage sales teams.

Key accountabilities of this role include partner/stakeholder management, partner negotiations, strategy development, event planning and execution, project and timeline management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, as well as program ownership (strategy development, execution, maintenance and reporting).

**A typical day**

The day-to-day tasks of the Program Advisor include the following:
**Program Planning & Management**:

- Build and execute vendor sponsored programs, including store visits and in-store events.
- Analyze program opportunities and identify areas to enhance agent and customer experiences.
- Lead program execution - Work cross-functionally with internal teams to build project timelines and track project deliverables.
- Define metrics and evaluate program effectiveness, providing reporting to the Retail channel
- Partner with sales teams and other key stakeholder groups to gather feedback and build adoption plans.

**Event Planning & Execution**:

- Meet with sales leaders to build annual event roadmap.
- Develop event strategy, theme and execution approach for sales townhalls, roadshows and sales recognition events.
- Build and manage event project plans; ensuring timelines, scope and budgets are adhered to.
- Work with vendors to arrange for event execution and payment.
- Build communication strategies to engage and inform event attendees.
- Act as the onsite event liaison for Freedom.

**Qualifications**
- 3 - 5 years developing and managing programs with a focus on sales/channel-facing initiatives.
- 3 - 5 years event planning and execution experience.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong partner/vendor management skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects running concurrently from inception to launch.
- Expert in detail-oriented work.
