**Position Overview**:
The Program Advisor provides one-to-one consultations to prospective students interested in studying in one of our Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) programs. The Advisor evaluates student requirements and offers tailored recommendations aligned with individual needs while advocating St. Matthew's as a study destination of choice.

**Responsibilities**
- Be the primary contact for prospective students for personalized counseling and ongoing support.
- Follow up on leads and deliver information to prospective students promptly.
- Initiate outgoing calls to evaluate requirements and offer tailored recommendations aligned with individual student needs while advocating St. Matthew's as a study destination of choice.
- Identify and understand student needs via one-to-one consultation.
- Provide excellent customer service through effective communication, consistent outreach, and follow-up.
- Assist prospective students, applicants, and their families with inquiries on admission requirements, academic programs, and student life.
- Maintain a CRM database of inquiries and leads and record all conversion activity, contact details, profiles, contact history, decisions, and outcomes.
- Meet and exceed annual, monthly, and quarterly starts, referrals, targets, and objectives as per tenure expectations.
- Develop and implement an effective, targeted schedule of recruitment and sales to meet ambitious targets within agreed budget and time-frames, raise awareness and interest in undergraduate study, and increase student numbers.
- Perform other responsibilities as required.

**Position Requirements**:
**Education**
- An undergraduate degree is preferred.
- A minimum of two years experience in sales, customer care, or concierge.
- Experience recruiting domestic students.
- Strong understanding of the North American education system.
- Experience with target, quota, and KPI dashboards.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Able to convert leads into sales, consistently achieve set targets, and develop personalized solutions and business strategies.
- Enthusiastic and determined in researching and analyzing new business opportunities, with a keen desire to excel.
- Proven target-driven marketing and sales skills.
- Capable of working independently, coping with competing demands, prioritizing tasks, and generating solutions.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Confident in connecting with people of all levels and building rapport.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

**Working conditions**:

- Remote work with an expectation to be on campus once a month or as required.
