**Job Summary**:
As a member of the Digital Experience team, the Manager leads a team that develops digital propositions for our wealth advisor community - from website presence to social media and other marketing campaigns.
Reporting to the AVP, Digital Experience North America, this role is integral to the ongoing development and management of Digital initiatives to support the Manulife Wealth business in Canada.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee digital product development and website management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and advisor needs.
- Partner with the marketing organization to scale advisor programs, for instance developing a tiered offering and re-assessing technologies used
- Management of vendor relationships
- Providing program overviews and offer high-level training to advisors, fostering strong relationships and enhancing program engagement.
- Lead the development and implementation of social media capabilities for advisors.
- In partnership with the advisor marketing team, develop training and marketing material targeted to the Advisors for the digital program.
- Collaborate seamlessly with business, technology, and compliance teams to facilitate efficient project execution and maintain program compliance.
- Lead a small team, providing guidance and support for their professional growth while achieving project objectives.
- Lead all aspects of the billing process for Advisor accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Act as a project manager when necessary, coordinating efforts to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Advisors and the business, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
- Identify and escalate any potential risks to the business promptly, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Possess a high-level understanding of technology and its interactions within the organization, facilitating effective communication and project execution.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage and handle conflicting priorities efficiently, maintaining a focus on critical business objectives.

- Solid project management background with demonstrated ability to deliver with efficiency, accuracy and timeliness.
