Established in 1988, Crocodile Printing and Signs provides printing and signage solutions to the businesses of Greater Sudbury & surrounding areas.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Crocodile Printing and Signs. As an integral part of our shop operations, you will be responsible for establishing and monitoring procedures for record-keeping, managing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Maintain and monitor procedures for record-keeping to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of print shop supplies and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Create and maintain records to organize information effectively.
- Research vendors for pricing and delivery options for supplies and equipment.
- Monitor and record expenses to ensure budget adherence.
- Process payroll, prepare income statements, payroll and HST remittance.
- Answer phone calls and take general information from clients and suppliers.
- Invoicing, balancing receivables and payables.
- Prepare and receive courier and shipping waybills.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Mac OS, Simply accounting and file maker.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
