**Overview**:
We are seeking a versatile and capable Site Administrator to manage our operational and administrative tasks on a rotational basis. This position entails a unique working schedule of 14 days on followed by 14 days off, ideal for those who enjoy concentrated work periods and extended time off. The role demands a high level of organization, communication skills, and adaptability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise between management, staff, and external parties, ensuring clear communication.
- Support the implementation of site policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Oversee logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and visitors when required.
- Manage the procurement of supplies and maintain inventory control.
- Assist with budget tracking and basic financial management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve administrative issues efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in an administrative or management role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Educational background in Business Administration, Management, or related field is advantageous.
- Independent worker with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

**Additional Information**:

- The ability to stay on-site during working periods is necessary.
- Camp accommodations supplied
- Travel to site supplied.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 70 per week

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
