**SHORT DESCRIPTION**

The Administrative Assistant works under the supervision of the Technosub Sales Manager. He or she is responsible for coordinating administrative activities related to branch sales and operations. He or she will perform administrative tasks, mainly related to invoicing, shipping and inter-branch inventory transfers. Works in close collaboration with the Technical Sales Representative and the service department to assure excellent support to the customer base.

**RESPONSABILITIES**
- Process and enter invoicing data;
- Maintain inventory and coordinate inter-branch transfers of pumps and parts;
- Complete work orders, sales orders, shipping document, invoices and collaborate with parts quotations;
- Assist the Technical Sales Representative in his administrative tasks related to orders;
- Ensure frequent follow-ups of inventory status (shipping and receiving dates);
- Collaborate with the coordinator of estimation at head office;
- Participate in annual warehouse inventory;
- Ensure the shipment, tracking and classification of different documents;
- All other related tasks.

**TRAINNG / EXPERIENCE**

Holds a professional certificate in accounting, administration or any related training combined with experience of three (3) to five (5) years in the field.

**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong computer skills;
- Knowledge of inventory software an asset;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.

**PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS**

- Proactive (strong sense of initiative).
