**Your duties may include**:
- **Answering phones and greeting clients with a smile**:
- **Managing incoming and outgoing mail**:
- **Arranging meetings and events**:
- **Filing and scanning documents into our filing system**:
- **Managing general office matters including liaising with suppliers**:
- **Social Media tasks**:
- **General administration duties**
**To fulfill this role you will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment, a great communicator and well presented. Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines are critical. You will need to have a good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and not be afraid of learning other in house packages.**
