Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious representative / administrator to join our growing team.

This position is suited for someone with people skills, customer service background, the ability to sell, and most importantly: administration and organization skills.

Having a background in home service business sales is preferred. Any service business experience is an asset. Though, such experience is not required and full training is provided.

We are looking for someone who wants a long term career that will grow into a management role. Must have drive, ambition, passion and excitement. We are NOT looking for someone to drag their feet and do the bare minimum.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work as a sales representative for the company and have a thorough understanding of our services
- Estimate and price jobs, meeting with clients
- Answer company phone, screen and filter phone calls
- Managing our social media and digital marketing
- Managing CRM and company data base
- Running errands
- Scheduling and dispatching
- Office administration
- Conducting estimates on a daily basis. Having a good understanding of pricing and how to upsell additional services to customers
- Meeting with clients and providing advice and excellent customer service.
- Always being professional and presentable while representing the company
- Full training is provided, however, a background in sales, or atleast ambition to sell is required
- commission / bonus will be provided for closing sales
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist in maintaining office organization and cleanliness.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments and managing records.
- Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in administrative roles, sales roles? or similar positions.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with sales procedures, CRM managegment, prospecting, etc
- Great customer service skills and the ability to prospect and close sales
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy.

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
