We’re looking for an experienced Talent Manager to serve as a strategic advisor, shaping our approach to organizational development, talent acquisition, employer branding and engagement. Leveraging your expertise, you’ll craft innovative strategies to build a robust and thriving workforce. This is your chance to make a significant impact and drive our success through our Service Excellence framework and your visionary leadership

**What You’ll Do**:
You will oversee and refine our Talent Acquisition strategy, driving hiring efforts and enhancing MOVATI’s employer brand. You’ll lead the successful implementation and measurement of Talent Management programs, ensuring they align with our goals and deliver impactful results. By fostering a continuous improvement mindset, you'll elevate our TA processes and structures, enhancing both the speed and quality of talent acquisition. Additionally, you’ll support hiring initiatives, collaborating with Functional Department Leaders to advise on and execute effective strategies. Your leadership will be key in shaping a top-notch talent at MOVATI

Partnering with our Employee Engagement Specialist, you’ll craft dynamic strategies, execute impactful initiatives, and celebrate successes. You’ll not only recognize your team internally but also showcase their achievements through exciting external channels to enhance the overall employee experience. Your creative campaigns will captivate and retain top talent, while your collaborative events—with Learning and Development and Operational Leaders—will be both engaging and enriching. **What You’ll Need**:
With over 5 years of experience in People and Culture or Human Resources, you bring a wealth of knowledge and a Service Excellence mindset to the table. Your expertise with HRIS and related tools such as UKG and Paradox, adds a valuable edge. You’ve demonstrated outstanding leadership in talent management programs and are aligned with MOVATI’s core values, especially authenticity and work ethic. Your proactive approach, commitment to continuous improvement, and sharp eye for detail make you adept at process building. Plus, your strong data analytics skills will be instrumental in shaping and influencing our company strategies.
