**Duties include but are not limited to the following**:
- Organizing office and assisting associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Creating quotes and invoices
- Vendor communications
- Contract construction
- Logistical management
- Managing client files
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Experience within the event industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize duties and tasks
- Attentive reader with attention to detail and knowledge of office management procedures
- Desire to learn new skills and methods to achieve more efficient practices in the company.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word) with experience in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) preferred.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: $15.50-$16.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Scarborough, ON M1X 1C9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
