Under the direct supervision of the ENAGB Executive Director the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the following.
- Develop policies and procedures for staff, programming and services.
- Responsible for conducting new hires its orientations, paperwork and onboarding.
- Responsible for conducting exit interviews, paperwork & off boarding.
- Seek and initiate any need for staff training.
- Conduct staff evaluations annually to support their needs and acknowledge their skills.
- Investigate and complete any grievances with staff and community and provide findings to the complainant.
- Able to conduct a resolution circle, if agreed between staff and/or community.
- Work with team to form a positive, supportive team atmosphere.
- Ensure confidentiality of privileged information.
- Ensuring a team approach.
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of the ENAGB Youth Program.
- Other related duties as it relates to this position.

**Salary**: $53,919.34-$58,500.00 per year

- French not required

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 3 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- York, ON M9N 1W2 (required)

Ability to Relocate:
