**What You will be Responsible for**
- Managing the franchisee selection process, including interviewing franchise applicants and assessing their suitability;
- Guiding prospective franchisees through the full sales cycle, providing all information necessary, and assisting prospective franchisees to make a well-informed purchase decision;
- Managing a detailed and extensive due diligence process with honesty and integrity;
- Coordinating and reviewing legal and financial documentation;
- Working closely in cross functional teams to support the bakery opening process
**Requirements**:
**What You Bring to the Table**
- A desire to play a key role in shaping the growth of a young, dynamic company;
- 2+ years of proven success working in a relationship-based sales environment;
- A post-secondary degree, preferably in a business or communications related discipline;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and nurture strong, trusting relationships;
- Exemplify a high degree of care, compassion, and integrity, along with the ability to appreciate others' perspectives;
- Thrives in high-pressure environments with excellent critical thinking skills

- Experience working with franchisees or within franchise environment is an asset
