Arts Administrative Assistant

**Tasks & Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Provide administrative help and support to the Badlands Amphitheatre Operations Manager
- Support senior staff in establishing and promoting a positive, team-based, and ‘guest-first’ culture
- Process donations, event sales, and site bookings by phone and in person
- Aid in the coordination and implementation of company projects, events, or other gatherings
- Must be able to work some evenings and event weekends
**Skills developed**: career-related experience in customer service, arts/culture/tourism sector administration, customer service, verbal and written communication, experience with ticketing system software, project management software, Google suite, ability to investigate and analyze information and draw conclusions, planning and scheduling techniques, teamwork, task coordination, developing initiative, taking responsibility for task completion.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
