**Financial Administrator (Part -Time)**

**Key Activities and Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the Controller, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Recording invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Assist in the preparation and organization of financial reports and presentations
- Input and maintain financial data in spreadsheets and accounting software
- Verify and reconcile expenses with supporting documentation
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial documents
- Assist in special projects or assignments related to financial analysis and reporting
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Diploma, certificate, or degree in office administration would be an asset; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Basic understanding of financial processes and terminology is an asset
