Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Preform accounts payable and receivable duties and maintaining office records.
- Provide excellent customer support at the front desk.
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as an accounting clerk or in an office setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
