Hardt fournit des solutions aux supermarchés ainsi qu’aux magasins à grandes surfaces, et est le
fournisseur exclusif de rôtisseries et de réchauds à plus de 90% des grandes surfaces aux États-Unis. Notre

d’un(e):
**Spécialiste du soutien aux ventes
Dans ce rôle, le/la Spécialiste du soutien aux ventes sera responsable de supporter l’équipe de Ventes et
Marketing et les clients sur une base quotidienne afin de s’assurer que les besoins des clients soient
rencontrés. Dans ce rôle, l’écoute et la prise de conscience des besoins des clients et des Gestionnaires
de Comptes sont primordiaux. Le/la Spécialiste du soutien aux ventes relève du superviseur des ventes.
**Principales Responsabilités
- Faire la saisie des commandes d'équipement comprenant un numéro de série en se concentrant
principalement sur les commandes mondiales de Costco Wholesale. Les responsabilités incluront
le suivi de ces commandes, les confirmations d'expédition, les demandes de révision, les mises à
jour des dates d'expédition et s’assurer que les commandes soient expédiées quotidiennement
pour les clients anglophones situés à l’extérieur du Québec;
- Faire la saisie des commandes pour tous les autres clients anglophones situés à l’extérieur du
Québec lorsque requis, ce qui inclut les responsabilités énumérées ci-dessus;
- Préparer les rapports Costco selon les besoins, en particulier : carte de pointage Costco, rapport
de non-garantie pour les États-Unis et le Canada quotidiennement pour des clients anglophones
situé à l’extérieur du Québec;
- Envoi de courriels avec les avis de pré-expédition aux entrepôts, au besoin;
- Lire tous les rapports de visites Costco et assurer le suivi des problèmes en suspens pour s'assurer
qu'ils sont traités efficacement jusqu'à ce que le problème soit réglé et informer le gestionnaire
de compte du statut;
- S'assurer que les formateurs font les appels de suivi requis à 2, 4 et 6 semaines auprès de Costco;
- Offrir du support au gestionnaire de compte Costco pour les activités quotidiennes relatives à
Costco, lorsque requis;
- Offrir du support au coordonnateur de ventes actuel;
- Assister la vice-présidente des ventes et marketing sur des projets spéciaux lorsque requis.
**Qualifications
- Détenir un Diplôme d’Études Secondaires;
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans un environnement de bureau;
- Posséder des habiletés exceptionnelles en communication en anglais (verbal et écrit) pour
communiquer quotidiennement avec 99% des clients anglophones situés à l’extérieur du
Québec;
- Fonctionnel en français (verbal et écrit);
- Démontrer un bon sens de l’organisation, doit être méticuleux et capable de se développer
dans un poste de rythme rapide et très détaillé;
- Être multitâches dans un environnement dynamique;
- Avoir des bonnes compétences en organisation du travail et avoir le sens des priorités;
- Est capable de travailler dans un environnement de travail d’équipe;
- Posséder des compétences informatiques - suite Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
avec un niveau avancé pour Excel.
**Conditions de travail**
Fait partie de l’équipe de ventes et travaille dans un environnement de bureau standard. Heures
- régulières de 8h30 à 17h00, du Lundi au Vendredi. Il sera parfois requis de travailler au-delà des heures
- régulières pour répondre aux besoins des clients. À l’occasion, un nombre de voyages avec nuitées sera- Hardt encourage le télétravail lorsque le type de travail le permet jusqu’à un maximum de 3 jours par
- semaine et un minimum de 2 jours par semaine au bureau. Les membres de l'équipe doivent se
- coordonner avec leur superviseur pour évaluer ce qui convient et définir les meilleures options qui
- respectent les besoins et les objectifs des employés et de l'entreprise. Le télétravail deviendra possible
