**About the position**
**Responsibilities include**
- Receipt and delivery of securities in both physical certificate and electronic form for client accounts
- Primary contact for securities in electronic form
- Internal securities identification numbers maintenance
- Assist transactions in US division
- Incoming and outgoing transit
- Securities transfers
- Deposits and withdrawals securities
- Processing private placements / New Issues
- Obtaining documentation to negotiate securities
- General administrative duties as assigned
**Education & Qualifications**
- One to three years of experience in the financial industry preferred
**Skills & Key Attributes**
- Strong ability to prioritize job responsibilities and manage high volumes of transactions effectively
- Proactive approach to job responsibilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Flexible personality to take on new challenges as they arise
- Complete tasks with mínimal direction/supervision

**Compensation**:the expected salary range for this role is: $42,000 to $48,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
