**Administrative Assistant Responsibilities**

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be a key player in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your role will involve:
**General Office Tasks**
- Working the office operations efficiently.
- Anticipating team needs to ensure seamless experiences for all.

**Student Support**
- Preparing data reports and managing student records.
- Ensuring the completion of student files and assisting with admissions.
- Helping students explore housing options and supporting them during orientation

**Order and Inventory Management**
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory to keep everything stocked and organized.

**Collaboration & Client Support**
- Building strong relationships with employers and supporting clientele by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinating student and various updates.
- Policy and Government requirements.

**Technology & Reporting**
- Using Google Drive and platforms like Sheets to create spreadsheets, reports, and reviews.
- Conducting data entry tasks with precision and generating necessary documents.

**Bookkeeping & Accounting**
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping and simple accounting practices. (Training provided if needed.)

**Special Projects**
- Tackling various projects as assigned, showcasing your flexibility and problem-solving skills.

Job description will be reviewed at interview and we have extensive training manuals with onsite training.

**Administrative Assistant Requirements**

We’re looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:

- Administrative Experience: Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Excel. Experience with spreadsheets, keyboard shortcuts, creating PDFs, and managing digital tools is a must.
- Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy are vital for all tasks.
- Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while staying organized.
- Client-Centered Approach: Professional, polite demeanor with a focus on providing excellent support to students, talent, and employers.
- Fast Learner: Adapt quickly to new tasks, tools, and challenges.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflows.

Pay: $48,000.00 per year
