An organized detail oriented person the Payment Processing Specialist will be required to perform the day-to-day operations of the payment processing in a fast paced global company. This role will be interact with many departments and be the escalation point for all payment related queries. This role will also have responsibility for performing payment reconciliations and related activities including follow ups on discrepancies or exceptions.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform and monitor daily payment processing.
- Act as the dedicated/first point of contact for all payment related queries.
- Tracking, investigating and resolving payment issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure payment files are transmitted to the banks and payment partners daily and report any issues.
- Inform the concerned parties about any transmission problem or non-execution of the file due to funding issues or any other matters
- Accurate and timely accounting in line with corporate processes
- Reconciling system and bank accounts
- Monitor and co-ordinate with the Controller correct funding in all global settlement accounts

**Qualifications**
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualifications
- Experience with Payment processing and reconciliation within Financial Services
- Knowledge and experience of payment systems
- Experience in multi-currency environment mandatory
- Experience in Bitcoin trading a plus
- A strong understanding of accounting concepts and principles
- Excellent communication skills and providing high levels of customer service Experience of working in high volume reconciliations
- Experience in excel and modeling skills and using reconciliation tools
- Strong attention to details, time management and problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer focused
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
