**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and track internal & external contractual document submissions. Disseminate customer comments internally to Engineering and Project Management teams;
- Update and maintain a project document database;
- Prepare reports on Documentation status;
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
- Provide general administrative support to project teams
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
- Provide support for coordination of building maintenance

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma of Collegial Studies (CEGEP);
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (MS Teams an asset);
- Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written);
- Good oral and written communication skills;
- Proactive, with ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Familiarity with MCT (Hydro-Québec) and SAP is an asset.
- Legal status to work in Canada is required.
