The Coordinator, Service Delivery, provides support to Hardware Management Centre (HMC) operations by creating/updating and coordinating project plans and initiatives. The incumbent is responsible for establishing project schedules, researching and validating data, preparing and disseminating various reports as well as developing resources and training content. Under the supervision of the Technical Advisor, Service Delivery, the Coordinator interprets client and system feedback and troubleshoots issues, reports errors, and coordinates proposed solutions by prioritizing activities and assessing project responses and impacts.

The Coordinator, Service Delivery works to develop and implement consistent operational and administrative practices in support of the Hardware Management Centre (HMC) and Branch objectives, including project tracking. The incumbent provides recommendations for the optimization of HMC-related administrative and financial processes, workflows and systems.

**Education**:
Post-secondary degree or diploma including courses in related field (i.e. business administration, accounting, statistics, etc. and/or related concentrations).

A combination of a successfully completed secondary school education according to provincial/territorial standards and significant experience may also be considered.

**Experience**:

- Experience in the development of projects associated to asset management and the administration of project scope, timelines, risks, and milestones.
- Experience in establishing project schedules, researching and validating data, preparing and disseminating various reports.
- Significant experience in operational administration within a Canadian federal government context, including policies, workflows, processes, best practices and procedures.
- Significant experience working with correspondence management systems, service/information management systems (Axios assyst) and information management methods, techniques and practices including event management, the creation of customized queries complemented by a strong aptitude for data analysis and interpretation for the purpose of preparing and presenting qualitative and quantitative information for reporting at a senior level.
- Significant experience in asset management and inventory management using Axios assyst’s configuration management database (CMDB).
- Significant experience in Corporate and Common service delivery operations, corresponding workflows, processes and stakeholders.

**Compensation**:
**Salary under review**

From $60,143 to $70,963 per annum.

In addition, the incumbent will receive the Bilingualism Bonus of $800 per year.
