**Responsibilities**:

- Posting customer payments
- Bank deposits
- New customer setup including credit reference checks
- Weekly reporting to management
- EDI monitoring
- Data entry and system reporting
- Credit card payment processing
- Assistance and backup for accounts payable
- Customer credits and inventory adjustments

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- 3 years’ experience in accounts receivable or similar position
- Strong multi-tasking skills and organization
- Comfortable making phone calls while maintaining professionalism
- Ability to work well in a team environment

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
