**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Handle administrative tasks, including responding to client inquiries and managing client communication.
- Assist with office-related responsibilities, such as data entry, maintaining automations in our software systems, and monthly client invoicing.
- Onboarding new clients and auditing existing client files.
- Support the setup of efficient systems and workflows to ensure smooth operations.
- Answer basic client questions and provide solutions to their queries when possible.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Tech-savvy with office and basic AP/AR experience.
- Proactive and a critical thinker who can identify and solve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivated to set up and maintain systems that ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Social media-friendly for potential future projects.

**Additional Information**:

- Part-time position, 15-20 hours a week
- Compensation: $21-24 per hour, depending on experience.
- Hybrid work environment, including remote work and occasional in-office days for tasks like paperwork management and training.
- Opportunity to expand into basic bookkeeping tasks if you have the sensibility for it.
