**Title**: Analyst, Change Management
**Salary**: $72,841 - $91,051 - $100,156 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
**Location**: Metro Vancouver Area (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy).

**About the role**
As Analyst, Change Management, you will be responsible for creating and implementing Change Management strategies and plans aiming to minimize resistance and maximize adoption of new systems or technologies. Reporting to the Manager, Project Management Office, the Change Management analyst will collaborate with project teams and key stakeholders in providing support to FNHA leaders as they help their direct reports through technology-related changes and transitions. The role includes change management responsibilities such as identifying stakeholders, assessing change impact, creating and implementing strategies to manage transition, and ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process. Additionally, they will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management practices and provide feedback for continuous improvement of the change management maturity.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have/be:
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Communications, or any other relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Prosci®, Certified Change Management Professional or other related change management certification or training.

**Experience**
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a change management analyst or similar role.
- Experience with project management approaches, tools, and project lifecycle.
- Experience and Knowledge of First Nations healthcare and/or culture
- Familiarity with IT Service Management and ITIL frameworks
- Experience in a Health Care and/or Clinical Technology-related field an asset.

**Knowledge**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and ability to multi-task
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Proficiency with other office productivity software, such as MS Teams, Zoom, MS Forms, SharePoint, OneNote and Snagit.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
