The Opportunity:
What you will do:

- Collaborate with employee experience, marketing, and communication teams to ensure a consistent, positive, and authentic brand message to attract top talent.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline and enhance the recruitment process.
- Integrate inclusion, diversity, and equity (ID&E) values into the talent attraction strategy to create an inclusive and equitable experience and attract diverse talent for early talent and experienced hires.
- Develop and implement campus and experienced hire talent attractions processes to attract top tier emerging and experienced talent.
- Oversee and implement legal compliance for the talent attraction process in line with KPMG’s Standards of Quality Management.
- Represent and speak on behalf of KPMG Talent Attraction at internal and external forums.

What you bring to this role:

- Post secondary degree or diploma in human resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience working in talent attraction with experience in full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume and matrixed environment.
- Experience developing and implementing a recruitment strategy at a national level.
- Prior experience with compliance oversight and implementation for talent attraction processes.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with leadership to influence talent attraction best practices.
- People management experience including the coaching and development of a talent attraction team with oversight to training, process optimization, and compliance management.
- A data-focused mindset with experience leveraging data to provide guidance and recommendations.
- Passionate about emerging talent attraction trends and thought leadership, with a proven track record of implementing these trends through innovative talent attraction strategies.

**KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information**

The expected base salary range for this position is $112,500 to $191,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills, & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
