We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Director of Talent Development to join our team at EStaffSearch. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of programs aimed at fostering the growth and success of our legal professionals.

As an Executive Director of Talent Development, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our firm by designing and delivering initiatives that enhance the skills, knowledge, and overall well-being of our associates. You will work closely with our National Directors, Talent Advisory – Legal, to ensure the effective management of our development programs, from program supervision to data analytics and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, preferably in a professional services setting, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. A J.D. degree and former practicing lawyer experience are preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will possess excellent technical skills, including the ability to establish key metrics, identify trends, and communicate complex data clearly and effectively.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan. Our office is located in a convenient downtown location, making it easy to get around the city.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Making recommendations on the delivery of programs, including individual associate support
  • Developing and rolling out standard communications
  • Tracking key milestones for Associates in programs
  • Initiating steps/procedures associated with program milestones
  • Establishing and tracking meeting cadence of Directors and junior associates
  • Monitoring and updating data in regard to program milestones and progress
  • Delivery of onboarding presentations

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain accurate records, prepare monthly and quarterly reports, and provide analysis of data to support talent optimization efforts.
