_**Customer Technical Support Agent (English - Spanish)**_

We are looking for a **Customer Technical Support Agent**:
Part of the North American Tech Support team, and in regular collaboration with your colleagues in Europe, after a full training program to learn our products, tools, and processes, you work as company representative for both Thrustmaster and Hercules.

Your mission is to remotely resolve technical issues and provide a full support to North American endusers (especially Spanish speaking customers/endusers), by answering queries for both company’s products brands (Hercules & Thrustmaster) and offering solutions in respect of existing quality and efficiency standards.

**You then**:

- identify and escalate priority issues
- accurately update company database

Language: Fluent in Spanish and English - Fluency in at least one language in addition would be appreciated

**Skills and Profile**:

- Education: Electronic or information technology DCS
- Passionate about technology
- Excellent command of Windows and Pack Office
- Knowledge of video games and game consoles
- Able to work as a team, rigorous and analytic mind

Full time permanent contract - 40 hours per week contract - Work Schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, starting after the training period: 11:00 AM to 8:00PM on Weekdays, Saturday (9 AM to 5.30PM)

This permanent full-time contract position is located in Montreal and immediately available.

**Salary**: Up to $21.00 per hour - working from home available upon conditions
