The agent position is to provide Customer service and technical support to the Air Canada Leisure Group (AC, ACV, ACR)
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Process inquiries and manage all aspects of bookings for Sun, Cruise, and Independent for all VIP travel
- Communicate with our Philanthropic, Marketing and Sale Prize winners and process their bookings following the conditions contained in the letters of agreement;
- Process all bookings for suppliers and reverse itineraries, as requested by our Product and Marketing departments;
- Log daily information of department programs and work on reports.
- Provide accurate details and information on all privileges to our customers
- Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate superior.
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:
- College diploma in Tourism and one (1) year as Reservation agent;
- Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, excellent communication skills and good judgement;
