You will be responsible for processing various reports and updating various databases related to hiring.

Organization of welcome and integration activities

Plan, coordinate and ensure the logistics of welcome and integration sessions (different activities dedicated to new employees in their first month of work).

Support the HR, Welcome and Integration Advisers in the continuous improvement of these early days in order to offer an exceptional welcome to new BRP employees.

Plan, coordinate and ensure the logistics of the entire annual calendar of the Human Resources Welcome and Integration team, i.e. all our networking and discovery activities dedicated to new employees in their first year of work.

Ensure a feedback loop with employees.

Update the results of the new employee surveys.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE**:
A college diploma in a relevant field (administration, human resources, tourism, etc.).

At least 3 years experience in a similar position.

Great organizational skills with a great ability to plan and the ability to handle different files simultaneously.

A positive team player who is committed to providing a great experience for newly hired employees.

A customer-focused approach in all that you do.

Let’s start with a strong foundation — You want it, we have it:
