As an integral part of the MyBRP team, you will ensure an exceptional employee experience by acting as a single point of contact to provide HR solutions to BRP employees and retirees for general enquiries regarding established HR services, initiatives and practices.
**YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO**:
Ensure that the needs of employees are understood, clearly identified and captured in a timely and efficient manner.
Educate employees to use the self-service portal when information is available.
Participate in new employee onboarding meetings to enhance the employee experience.
Enrol new employees at all levels in group insurance.
Validate employee discounts for vehicles, accessories and clothing.
Build strong collaborative working relationships with other HR teams.
Be involved in the continuous improvement of the MyBRP team's tools and processes.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
A post-secondary degree in administration, office automation or equivalent.
Excellent listening skills and customer focus.
The ability to maintain positive relationships, demonstrate empathy and work effectively within a cross-functional and global human resources team.
Good work organization, autonomy and time management skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to maintain focus on priorities in this type of environment.
Fluency in French and English and excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite; knowledge of Google suite would be an asset.
