Administrative Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Answer incoming calls for main reception which includes screening and forwarding to appropriate people within the company.
- Greet people entering the building and directing them to the appropriate employees and/or department.
- Ensure visitors complete the sign-in process and adhere to the company PPE requirements if applicable.
- Collect, prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels of office and boardroom supplies and reorder accordingly.
- Compile authority books for drivers as deemed necessary by the Safety department.
- Make appointments for DOT drug and alcohol testing as determined by dispatch and safety departments.
- Perform other administrative support tasks for all departments within the company as needed.
**Desired Qualifications**
- Business Administration Certificate or equivalent is preferred
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent communication, personal, and administrative skills.
- Experience and full knowledge of all Microsoft programs. Ability to create and modify PDF formatted and word-processed documents proficiently.
- High attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills.
