We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Kelly Services, Inc. in Saskatoon, SK. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer high-volume phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide administrative support to our teams, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process payments, book client meetings, and respond to client inquiries.
- Receive and send mail, packages, and documents, as well as facilitate the Court Runner process.
- Attend team-building activities and staff meetings, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as cloud-based systems such as Clio.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and systems, including MS Teams VOIP phone and cloud-based programs.
- Part-time permanent position with a dynamic organization.
- Competitive hourly rate of $18.00, plus paid parking spot.
- Three weeks' vacation and benefits, with enrollment in the company pension plan after three months' probationary period.
- Potential to transition to a full-time position after six months to one year.
