Ubisoft IT is looking for a Tool Support Specialist to join the Ubisoft Data Office (UDO) team. This team is responsible for developing tools for Data Analysts, User Researchers, Data Scientists, Quality Control, and Telemetry Specialists.
As a Tool Support Specialist joining this team, you will be responsible for providing first-level support and access to users throughout the product lifecycle.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide first-level support for various data tools throughout the product lifecycle;
- Work with developers to help resolve any problems encountered;
- Provide user support for initial tool configurations;
- Evolve processes, documentation, and functionalities according to eliminable frictions detected during support;
- Produce tutorials and documentation, and train users in tool functionalities, in partnership with Product Managers.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in user support;
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers and provide good customer service;
- Knowledge of Windows environment and Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, and SharePoint;
- Knowledge of Atlassian suites such as Confluence and Jira;
