**Technical Support Specialist**
Vacation Tracker is growing and we are seeking passionate, driven and customer-centric individuals to join our Support Team. You’ll be part of a small group of extraordinarily talented people who love what they do, get excited by innovative ideas, and aren’t afraid to show it. Enthusiasm, creativity, and collaboration are high on our list of priorities. The main goal of this position is to improve our client retention and provide support to existing and potential customers.
Our Technical Support Specialist will be a valued member of our team and a key player in Vacation Tracker’s customer support system. Serving as the link between our customers and our internal team, you will work closely with the customer service, marketing, and product teams within our organization to help create an engaging customer experience in an agile, fun working environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Creating and managing support tickets in Jira
- Scheduling and performing demos for prospective customers
- Managing customer data in the CRM system
- Occasional evaluation and review of customers’ needs and requests in order to plan future features and improvements
**Skills & Requirements**
- Native-level spoken and written English and French
- Excellent communication skills
- 2+ years of either technical or customer support experience in technology
- Creative and self-motivated
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Must be comfortable working in a team environment, as well as independently
- Well-organized and reliable
- Must be available to work full-time from 9am to 5pm EST
**Bonus Skills**
- Previous experience with B2B products
- Previous experience working in a startup or in the SaaS industry
- Fluency in Spanish
**What We Offer**:

The salary range for this position is from $45,000 to $50,000 depending on your experience. We also offer employees milestone salary increases based on company-wide performance.
