Integrated Civil Enforcement, a Court Bailiff agency appointed by the Ministry of Attorney General, specializes in enforcing court actions across British Columbia as per the Sheriff Act and various provincial and federal legislations. Our mission extends beyond mere enforcement; we are dedicated to providing unparalleled service and support to judgment creditors and landlords. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Office Administrator with a flair for sales to join our team at our office in New Westminster, BC.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Customer Engagement**: Communicate and engage potential clients, including judgment creditors and landlords, to promote and choose our services.
- **Client Support and Guidance**: Offer comprehensive assistance and advice to clients on the process of obtaining writs or orders, highlighting the value and efficiency of our services.
- **Administrative Excellence**: Handle incoming calls, review writs for accuracy, create execution files, and coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., locksmiths, and movers). Your organizational skills will ensure the smooth booking of writ executions and efficient administration tasks.
- **Court Filings**:Administer and swear affidavits, file documents at the New Westminster Supreme Court, and maintain a strong relationship with our legal and local community.
- **Sales Driven**: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or roles requiring persuasive communication. A natural ability to sell and a passion for client engagement are essential.
- **Legal Administrative Background**: Experience as a legal assistant, in bylaw enforcement, or a degree in criminology is highly advantageous, providing a solid foundation for the administrative aspects of the role.
- **Multilingual Advantage**: The ability to communicate in a second language (Mandarin, Punjabi, etc.) is highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- **Exceptional Interpersonal Skills**: Your ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and articulate the benefits of our services will be key to your success.

**Position Details**:

- This is a permanent, full-time position.
- The role requires in-person attendance at the New West office.
- Salary + Bonus : $38,000 to $44,000 per year
