Our installation team is a talented group of individuals capable of completing large or small scale new or used equipment installations. We offer a full range of cost effective installation solutions. Our attention to detail and project management allows us to complete projects on time and on budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering calls in a professional manner and efficiently screening and routing to applicable individuals
- Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, and couriers
- Assisting in preparation and planning of general meetings, on site meetings, and others.
- Assisting and distributing daily dispatch to technicians in coordination with Install Manager
- Compile, review and submit payroll
- Manage digital install/ project files to ensure information is available upon request
- Prepare and submit documents in line with contractual requirements
- Provide and assist install manager with frequent project reports
- Prepare and submit for invoicing and progress draws as indicated by Install Manager
- Review and submit orders for materials or equipment as indicated by Install Manager
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years receptions and/or administrative experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize & accomplish tasks in a timely and organized fashion
- Strong written and verbal skills

**Salary**: $20,400.00-$35,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
