*Note this is a CONTRACT position from April to September (Flexible end date). Co-op students/interns are highly encouraged to apply.

**As our Site Administrator, your duties and responsibilities include**:

- Formation and daily up-keep of project schedule on MS project (including implementing recovery methods, progress of completion and allocated resources)
- Creation and tracking of RFIs/RFQs/transmittals
- Coordination of work and manpower for sub-trades
- Job tracking (progress % of completion, availability to invoice)
- Assistance in creation of Pre-Task Plans and various Health and Safety documentation
- Tracking of PO’s issued, change orders, and bulletin/field order items
- Assist with input for monthly billing through a Schedule of Values
- Presenting various weekly reports to prime contractors (lookaheads, jobs progress, man hours) in a meeting format
- Weekly timesheet logging, drawing revision tracking and prepare/distribute meeting minutes
- Overall administrative and clerical duties
- Other duties and responsibilities which you may be assigned to from time to time

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- A recent graduate (or current student) of a Co-op Project Management program
- A minimum of one (1) year of Administrative experience is preferred
- Experience working for a construction firm is considered an asset
- A highly proficient individual with strong verbal and written communication skills
- A strong ability to communicate with internal/external senior executives
- Highly detailed and organized
- Ability to work well independently and to meet strict deadlines
- Professional, diplomatic, tactful, enthusiastic, self motivated, pro-active, team player
- Advanced level of proficiency in Windows (Word, Excel, MS Projects)
- Ability to multi-task and function effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid class “G” driver’s license and access to a vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal, Internship / Co-op
