**Position Status**: Temporary Full-Time

**Compensation**: $35,285 per year

**Start Date**: April 17, 2023

**Office Location**: YMCA Centre for Immigrant Programs

**The Opportunity**

This position will support the operational logistics of programs and services that are placed based across the province. Areas of responsibilities will include providing operational and logístical support to ensure effective program delivery and teamwork across all departments. This includes developing professional, consistent, and relevant tools and resources that support effective information sharing.

**Responsibilities**
- Regular communication and follow up with program staff to respond to questions and concerns and ensure accuracy of information
- Organization and development of resources and tools that support effective program delivery and operations
- Collecting, collating, and presenting program information
- Maintaining up to date records and files that reflects accuracy and effectiveness of program operations
- Supporting staff and programming with required supplies and equipment
- Coordinate and support the logistics of training activities and events
- Provide relevant training to operational functions

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, competing deadlines and tasks
- Ability to work independently and requires mínimal supervision to complete tasks and respond to unanticipated items
- Able to present information clearly and concisely
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in one on one and group settings
- Ability to demonstrate creative initiative in tool and resource development
- Experience working in a variety of online platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (ex. Publisher, Excel and Word, Office 365 apps etc.)
- Demonstrated discretion and sound judgement in the handling of confidential information
- Valid NS Driver's License and reliable vehicle essential
- Multilingual skills are considered an asset
