eHealth Saskatchewan is a Treasury Board Crown Corporation with a unique blend of healthcare, information technology, and citizen services.
A large and complex organization, eHealth is comprised of 30+ clinical and non-clinical program (service) areas that all work together to support health care providers and teams across the province in delivering the best possible care to patients, providers, citizens, and health system users. Programs range from primary care to acute care, and includes laboratories, pharmaceuticals, and diagnostics. Additional programs that also support patient care and information include Virtual Care, the MySaskHealthRecord, and the Provincial Electronic Health Record. eHealth is also responsible for the administration of various pieces of legislation to manage the registration of/changes to all vital event records (e.g. birth, marriage, death, etc.), registration of legal name changes, registration of adoptions, and for maintaining the provincial health registry for health services eligibility and distribution of health services cards.
The eHealth teams engage directly with health system partners and other stakeholders both provincially and federally to ensure all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
**About the Role**
Do you enjoy a challenge in a fast-paced environment? The Facilities and Procurement Department within eHealth is seeking a skilled, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills for a Facilities Analyst position.
Reporting to the Manager, Facilities Services, the Facilities Analyst is responsible for the administration of facility maintenance and coordination as well as acting as the Chief Fire Marshall for the organization.
**Typical Daily Duties**
- Liaise with landlord regarding all facility related issues for 20,468 square feet;
- Procure services required to maintain the organization’s facilities;
- Prepare documentation for supplier quotations and determine best acquisition processes;
- Space design and reorganization of space;
- Act as eHealth’s Chief Fire Marshall and the coordinator of the annual Fire Drill;
- Ensure all emergency equipment is maintained;
- Maintain records for training and certification regarding facilities and safety;
- Participate on related committees such as OH&S;
- Work with Security to ensure access to the facility when required and all safety protocols are adhered to;
- Coordinate the organization’s parking space requirements, office requirements, and deliveries requiring use of loading docks and freight elevators;
- Prepare documents to support recommendations and briefings as required; and
- On call shift rotations, and extended hours due to workload, may also be required.

- The ability to informally lead and manage teams built of cross-functional team members with conflicting priorities.
**To qualify for this position, you will have knowledge and/or experience in the following**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field;
- 2+ years of progressive experience working in a similar role within an integrated support environment, with a strong understanding of facility management and best practices;
- Knowledge of safe working conditions;
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) standards;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
