Accounting Administrator

**DUTIES INCLUDE**:
- Creating invoices
- Posting receivables and following up on outstanding accounts.
- Posting payables and reconciling vendor accounts
- Full cycle payroll
- Benefits administration
- Credit card reconciliation
- Weekly reporting as directed by management
- Other admin duties as required
**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
- 2+ years prior experience in an accounting support role.
- Experience with accounting software, SAGE would be an asset.
- Construction industry exposure/experience a definite asset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook and Adobe Pro.
- Ability to initiate and follow through on assignments with high attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
**Salary**: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
