**POSITION OVERVIEW**

We are looking for an Information IT Analyst to join our team Reporting to the Director of IT, this position will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day company system and information technology needs.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and administer company technology evergreening program
- Work to resolve IT Tickets in the IT Helpdesk System
- Assist in developing and analyzing functional specifications for SAP projects like bin locations, AP Automation, KPI Dashboards, etc.
- Provide advice and technical training to employees and managers
- Assist in gathering feedback from end users about system performance
- Order and set up hardware (computers, laptops, phones, etc.) and user licenses for new hires across multiple companies
- Supporting SAP software implementation with software training, user licenses and access administration, and updating master data
- Assist with query and report generation through SAP, crystal, and PowerBi

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
- 2+ years previous IT help desk or network administration experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Preferably, experience with SAP software

**HOURS OF WORK**

The typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
