**Principales tâches et responsabilités**:

- Compléter 50 appels sortants par jour
- Aider et répondre à tous les clients en temps opportun
- Communiquer et collaborer avec tous les membres de l’équipe
- Travailler avec un système CRM tel que HubSpot et d’autres systèmes tels que EZmax
- Fournir une assistance au service administratif (gestion des ventes / inscriptions pour les courtiers)
- Saisie des données dans un logiciel de base de données avec garantie de l’exactitude des données saisies.
- Communiquer et collaborer avec tous les membres de l’équipe

**Compétences/expérience requises**:

- Expérience avec le service à la clientèle (1 an minimum)
- Expérience d’accueil/administrative (de préférence)
- Expérience en vente (de préférence)
- Expérience avec Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à faire partie d’une équipe
- Capacité à effectuer des tâches répétitives avec un haut degré de précision
- Volonté d’apprendre continuellement et d’élargir vos compétences
- 100% bilingue parlé et écrit (Anglais & Français)

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
**-**Making 50 calls per day to outside clients
- Assisting and responding to all clients in a timely manner
- Communicating and collaborating with all team members
- Working with a CRM system such as HubSpot and other systems such as EZmax
- Providing assistance to the administrative department (handling sales/listings for brokers)
- Inputting data into database software and ensuring the accuracy of the data that has been entered.
- Communicating and collaborating with all team members

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Customer Service Experience (1 year minimum)
- Reception/Administrative Experience (preferred)
- Sales Experience (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work autonomously and be a part of a team
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Willingness to continually learn and expand your skill set
- 100% bilingual spoken and written (English & French)
