**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Recording financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments
- Preparing documents for tax return
- Preparing monthly financial reports
- Paying bills
- Processing payroll
- Preparing monthly operation data of restaurant
- Correspond with other departments
- Other related work

**Qualifications**
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/economics,Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting/finance, Proven experience as a bookkeeper
- Restaurant or hospitality industry experience or big corporation experience is a major asset
- Well organized, detailed/accurate, problem solving and planning skills
- Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment
- Proficient in use of MS office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- knowledge of finance including financial reporting, statements, data analysis and payroll systems, finance software
- understanding of accounting principles and payroll financial accounting principles
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Fluently speak and write in English, Mandarin is required

Pay: $3,500.00-$4,000.00 per month
