We are looking to grow our team and are seeking a full or part-time Financial Services administrator to work closely with our Financial Service Group. We are looking for a client‐focused administrative professional who would like to contribute to our success by providing support and administrative duties as well as enhance our overall client experience. Experience in the Financial Industry is an asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Producing and filing client data as well as correspondence with a high level of accuracy
- Maintaining database and CRM
- Meet and/or exceed client needs and expectations through efficient and effective client service
- Responsible for client service requirements as directed
- Assist with the creation, organization, preparation, and implementation of marketing and prospecting programs

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent computer, administrative, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to follow procedures and systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, observant, resourceful, efficient, and willing to learn
- Integrity, honesty, confidentiality working with private and sensitive information
- Self-motivated, able to work with minimum supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar administrative role is a definite asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT)
- Experience using CRM software, adaptable to new programs
- Team centered, driven and self‐motivated

**Compensation**
- Commensurate with experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burnaby, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
