**Responsibilities**:

- Complete all bookkeeping tasks in Quickbooks online software including processing all A/P, A/R & banking/credit cards reconciliation
- Complete payroll in QBO using Quickbooks Time for 5 - 15 employees depending on time of year
- Post fixed assets as required
- Process all government remittances and deductions as required (WSIB, HST, ect.)
- Post intercompany transactions
- Ensure accounts are balanced, reconciled and resolve discrepancies.
- All other accounting related and administrative duties as required, including maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with the team as needed to complete tasks.
- Assist in hiring and orientation of all new employees as it pertains to payroll

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English
- Ability to work independently
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online with basic accounting experience
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Background in accounting and financial administration preferred
- Good communication and attention to detail

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:
